Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, corporate planning, or finance transformation with at least 2 years of client-facing experience in a professional services organization.
• Deep industry experience in Insurance and/or Banking, with regulatory understanding.
• Demonstrated expertise in FP&A, enterprise planning, cost allocation, and performance management.

Aufgaben

• Lead FP&A and corporate planning initiatives including budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling for insurance/banking.
• Develop and oversee product, customer, and business-line profitability analysis, including margin drivers and pricing impacts.
• Drive transparency into corporate overhead and shared services costs and allocate expenses to products and functions.
• Support executive decision-making with clear financial narratives and dashboards.
