SAP Fioneer is seeking an experienced finance and transformation professional to work directly with CFOs and senior finance leaders to shape the future of a state-of-the-art finance platform for a leading U.S. healthcare and health insurance organization.

The role focuses on challenging current processes, defining a target operating model and a transformation roadmap that integrates Finance, Actuarial, Operations, Data and Technology for an optimized future state.

Formación

• Significant experience at the intersection of Finance, Insurance and Transformation.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into a target operating model and roadmap.
• Experience working with CFOs and senior finance leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Interview and facilitate workshops with CFOs and senior leaders.
• Define the Finance Platform North Star and operating model.
• Assess current finance processes, data, controls and systems.
• Translate business challenges into capabilities with product and technology teams.
• Identify opportunities for automation, analytics and AI in Finance.
