Job summary

Trading Technologies seeks a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation to lead high-impact initiatives across the finance organization. You will redesign close processes, implement automation, and serve as accounting lead on M&A and integrations in a fast-paced environment.

You will identify problems, propose solutions, and drive implementations with a sharp, proactive mindset. This role emphasizes forward-looking improvements over traditional accounting management.

Qualifications

• CPA is required and senior-level accounting experience is expected.
• Experience leading process improvement, systems implementation, or M&A integration initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition in SaaS or multi-element arrangements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from scoping through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own the finance transformation roadmap and drive end-to-end improvements across the accounting function.
• Lead evaluation, selection, and rollout of close management and automation tools with stakeholder alignment and training.
• Redesign the month-end close process to reduce cycle time and improve data quality in partnership with Accounting leaders.
• Partner with finance systems on ERP enhancements, workflow integrations, and data infrastructure improvements (NetSuite, Coupa).
• Define and track KPIs for close efficiency and team productivity, reporting to the Controller and senior leadership.
