Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Associate Director to lead finance transformation for Fortune 500 clients in the US. You will blend deep F&A expertise with AI, automation, and ERP know-how to shape and deliver multi‑year programs that impact CFO/CFO leadership relationships.

You will own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit through delivery, mentor teams, and build credibility as a trusted advisor capable of closing large managed services engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and CPA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale Finance Sales or transformation in consulting or Managed Services.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Insurance, Banking or capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit through project execution for global enterprise clients.
• Drive CFO-level relationships — Influence strategy and generate new opportunities with senior finance leaders.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply AI, automation, and ERP technologies to reinvent F&A operating models.
• Shape compelling value propositions — Translate transformation programmes into clear narratives to win CFO confidence.
• Deliver deep domain expertise — Lead process re-engineering and digital transformation in a chosen F&A tower.
• Set the thought leadership agenda — Contribute to market views on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A.
