Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Associate Director to lead high-stakes F&A transformation for Fortune 500 clients. You will drive deals from origination to close, shape AI-first finance solutions, and cultivate CFO and CAO level relationships across global enterprises.

Role demands deep F&A expertise, hands-on experience with large contracts, and ability to sell, shape, and deliver multi‑year transformations while guiding client executives through complex programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and CPA or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale Finance Sales or transformation in consulting or Managed Services.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Insurance, Banking or capital markets.

Responsibilities

Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit and origination through shaping, oral presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.
Drive CFO-level relationships — Advise CFOs/CAOs and Finance leadership, shaping strategy and opportunities.
Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply agentic AI, automation, and ERP technologies to reinvent F&A operating models with clear value outcomes.
Shape compelling value propositions — Translate complex transformation into narratives to win client CFO confidence and close large-scale deals.
Deliver deep domain expertise — Be a recognised specialist in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A) leading process redesign and AI integration.
Set the thought leadership agenda — Contribute to market-facing viewpoints on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A.
