Job summary

Accenture seeks a Finance Reinvention Associate Director to lead large-scale F&A transformations for Fortune 500 clients, blending domain mastery with AI and modern ERP ecosystems to drive deals from origination to execution.

You will shape value propositions for CFOs, build trusted relationships, and deliver AI-enabled operating models across PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A, guiding teams through digital transformation and ERP integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and CPA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale Finance Sales or transformation in consulting or Managed Services.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Insurance, Banking or capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit and origination through shaping and execution for global enterprise clients.
• Drive CFO-level relationships — Advise CFOs/CAOs and Finance leadership, shaping strategy and opportunities.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply agentic AI and ERP technologies to reinvent F&A operating models with clear value outcomes.
