Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 18 years of applicable professional experience in finance, accounting, process improvement, or related fields.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint, Deltek T&E, Hyperion, Cognos, and Workday.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain efficient, sustainable financial processes with collaboration across finance teams.
• Ensure adherence to processes, controls, and governance standards and embed best practices.
• Develop governance frameworks and performance metrics for accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute a multi-year finance transformation roadmap aligned with strategy and value creation.
• Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives across the enterprise.
• Assess current-state processes, systems, data, and structures to identify gaps and integration challenges.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements to streamline operations and improve performance.
• Drive automation, data governance, reporting enhancements, and workflow optimization.
• Support transformation initiatives involving M&A-driven growth and data harmonization.
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities across project phases and teams.
• Track KPIs, report progress, and adapt strategies as priorities evolve.
• Maintain documentation and deliver training to ensure adoption of improvements.
