Timken is seeking an accounting professional to ensure financial statements are accurate, timely, and prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAP. The role covers the analysis of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows for assigned entities and business units.
You will perform month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations, and lead fixed asset accounting, including CIP monitoring and impairments. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 4+ years of experience; CPA/CMA

Purpose: This position exists to ensure the company has financial statements that are accurate, timely, and prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). This position is responsible for completion and analysis of financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows) for assigned Timken legal entities and business units.
Technical/Functional Skills:
This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data (“CTD”) and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR). Eligible candidates are; US Citizens, Green Card holders, Asylees or others eligible to receive US export license authorizations. Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.
