Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Finance Transformation Senior Manager to own the data strategy end-to-end, from source systems into the enterprise data ecosystem and Oracle EPM environment. You will define data definitions, governance, and controls to support AI-enabled analysis and trusted planning and reporting.

This hands-on leadership role demands deep FP&A knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive alignment across Finance and Enterprise Technology.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading data strategy in large-scale FP&A transformations.
• Proven master data management and data governance experience.
• Experience resolving data issues during go-live.
• Deep FP&A knowledge including chart of accounts and close processes.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise data strategy for moving data from source systems into cloud platforms and Oracle EPM.
• Define governance, data quality, and controls across finance tools and platforms.
• Lead issue resolution during go-live and early production.
• Communicate data strategy, risks, and go-live readiness to leadership and stakeholders.
