Versant seeks a Manager, Finance Transformation to join the controllership and finance workstreams for ERP modernization in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The role partners with Finance and Technology to design, implement, and adopt next-generation finance processes, data, controls, and systems.

The ideal candidate combines finance process and controllership experience with ERP transformation and strong program management skills in a dynamic media environment, delivering scalable, fit-to-standard

Qualifications

Finance and controllership experience with ERP transformation.
Strong program management skills in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Ability to partner with Finance and Technology and other units.
Experience in a media company is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead finance transformation roadmap and related workstreams, aligning priorities and delivery plans.
Finance liaison to ERP core team, IT, system integrator, BU finance teams, and transformation partners.
Facilitate alignment around design principles, fit-to-standard decisions, and future-state operating model.
Drive digital enablement, automation, AI, and continuous improvement across Finance.
Support transformation-driven savings and efficiency targets tied to financial commitments.
Translate finance requirements into fit-to-standard ERP processes, master data, and reporting designs.
