Job summary

VERSANT Media seeks a Senior Director, Finance Transformation to drive the controllership and ERP modernization program. You will partner with Finance and Technology, shaping future-state processes, data, and controls while enabling scalable, compliant financial operations.

The role requires deep ERP transformation experience, senior stakeholder influence, and the ability to lead change in a dynamic media environment; hybrid work in Englewood Cliffs, NJ is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• CPA, MBA, or comparable advanced finance, accounting, or technology credential preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, controllership, finance systems, accounting operations, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance transformation roadmap and workstreams aligned to strategy, reporting, and controls.
• Serve as the senior finance liaison to ERP core team, system integrator, and BU finance leaders from design through deployment.
• Embed SOX, internal-control requirements into process and system designs and enable timely close and reporting.
