Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management.
• Expert knowledge of Finance systems and business processes (GL, AP/AR, FP&A).
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformations (SAP and Workday preferred).
• Experience partnering with or supporting back-office functions such as HR, Payroll, Procurement, Legal, or Privacy.
• Demonstrated ability to drive workflow optimization across Jira by designing automated processes and integrating tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance systems transformation initiatives, including assessment, planning, and execution.
• Manage delivery of ERP initiatives including data migration, testing, and cutover.
• Plan and execute cutover activities, including readiness tracking and risk mitigation.
• Support post-go-live stabilization by tracking issues and prioritizing resolution.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive resolution across internal and external teams.
• Maintain clear documentation and tracking across PMO tools and collaboration platforms.
• Communicate trade-offs, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
