Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA and/or MBA a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or finance transformation roles.
• Experience with large-scale ERP implementations from a finance perspective.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of financial close processes and internal control frameworks.
• Project management skills with a focus on managing timelines and risks.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex details for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for the Controller's organization in transformation initiatives
• Act as the advocate for finance and accounting requirements during projects
• Build relationships with IT, PMO, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Facilitate alignment across finance, accounting, and technology teams
• Oversee daily progress of transformation initiatives to meet Controller needs
• Provide timely updates and flag risks to leadership
• Ensure user acceptance testing (UAT) aligns with project timelines
