The position offers a hybrid work arrangement in Norwalk with a strong focus on leadership of cross-functional programs and timely UAT alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA and/or MBA a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or finance transformation roles.
• Experience with large-scale ERP implementations from a finance perspective.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of financial close processes and internal control frameworks.
• Project management skills with a focus on managing timelines and risks.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex details for senior leadership.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Finance Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This leader will guide finance transformation efforts that strengthen the Controller's organization and improve how finance and accounting teams operate across the enterprise. The role will partner closely with IT, PMO, and cross-functional stakeholders to align requirements, manage execution, and keep initiatives moving forward. This position will also help ensure that financial close processes, internal controls, and user acceptance testing are aligned to broader transformation goals.

Location: Norwalk, CT - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $215,000 annually
