Job summary

Ankura is seeking a Director or Senior Director in Finance Transformation, ideally based in Chicago, NYC, or LA, with a track record of leading finance transformations and large cross-functional engagements.

You will drive end-to-end ERP/EPM implementations, oversee operating-model design, and lead client-facing teams across multiple engagements while shaping pipelines and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree; Master's or MBA preferred.
• Director = 6–10+ years; Senior Director = 10–15+ years; client-facing consulting experience.
• Experience leading finance transformation and operating-model design.
• PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent delivery certification preferred.
• ERP/EPM platforms and related tooling (SAP/Oracle/Workday/NetSuite; Hyperion/Anaplan).
• Willingness to travel up to ~80% for client engagements; US work authorization.
• Must demonstrate professionalism, ethics, quality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance process redesign and ERP/EPM-enabled implementations end to end.
• Assess operating models, org design, processes, and technology; build execution plans.
• Drive data and automation to improve efficiency and reporting.
• Serve as day-to-day client leader across transformation workstreams.
• Manage program delivery, scope, and risk; lead teams.
• Contribute to pursuits and develop directors and teams.
• Architect target operating models and drive large-scale change programs.
• Own delivery across programs and accounts; generate opportunities and scoping/pricing.
