Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery and Integrated Program Management Lead to drive end-to-end execution for a multi-year transformation of its accounting technology landscape. You will lead cross-functional teams across Accounting, Finance, Product, Engineering, Solution Architecture, Internal Controls, SAP, and implementation partners.

• 12+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Python, QuickSight, Cognos or similar BI packages.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and integrated program management for complex, multi-year accounting technology initiatives.
• Lead Data Migration and Release strategy, including migration planning, data validation, cutover coordination, deployment readiness, and release governance.
• Lead Change and Training, including stakeholder engagement, change-impact assessments, communications, training strategy, and user adoption.
