Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of hands-on consulting experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS for financial closing.
• Experience in O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A processes.
• Experience building AI agents in F&A using Copilot Studio, Gemini, or AWS.
• Proficient in BPMN and intelligent automation for transformation.
• Ability to diagram processes with tools like Figma, Signavio, Visio.
• Experience building Finance Target Operating Models and process taxonomies.
• Collaborates in cross-functional teams with SMEs, product owners, data teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Discovery workshops in Finance & Accounting.
• Identify where Agentic AI can augment judgment.
• Differentiate between process change, analytics, automation, and AI use cases.
• Conduct ideation sessions with Finance SMEs.
• Create process documentation and taxonomy.
• Analyze process volumetrics and quantify automation impact.
• Develop recommendations aligned with CFO goals.
• Convert use cases into POC charters with scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, AI engineers, data engineers, developers, UX designers, and automation teams.
• Provide Finance domain guidance to delivery teams.
• Build reusable Finance and Agentic AI assets.
