Job summary

V Group Inc. is supporting the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) Transformation Management Office (TMO) by sourcing a Business Process Analyst (BPA) on a 12-month contract.

The BPA will lead process analysis, performance management, and stakeholder coordination to advance finance-related strategic initiatives. Key activities include gathering SOPs, conducting gap and risk analyses, building dashboards, and ensuring alignment with agency goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with business process improvement and process analysis.
• Experience with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, project management, or related methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience developing and using performance measures, dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to facilitate group discussions and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Business Process Analysis & Improvement: Gather, analyze, and evaluate information related to agency business processes and SOPs.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to standardize, streamline, and improve operations.
• Conduct gap analysis and root cause analysis.
• Develop actionable recommendations to improve processes, systems, SOPs, workforce utilization, and management functions.
• Strategic Initiative & Project Support: Create, develop, and maintain project plans, milestones, action items, and supporting project management tools.
• Coordinate with initiative leads, sponsors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment on scope, timelines, deliverables, and expected outcomes.
