Job summary

SBA Communications in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation to lead design, testing, and adoption of future-state finance processes and ERP modernization. You will partner with Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury, IT, and external advisors to translate business needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in accounting, finance transformation, ERP projects, or business analysis.
• Experience with ERP platforms and data analytics; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements discovery with process owners and SMEs; document business, functional, data, and control requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through design, configuration, testing, and business sign-off.
• Analyze current vs. future-state processes, data touchpoints, and reporting dependencies; assess design impact on controls and reporting.
• Support gap-resolution, fit-to-standard activities, and identify true requirements from legacy practices.
• Develop and execute end-to-end test scenarios; coordinate UAT readiness and defect resolution.
• Profile and map data for migration; document reconciliation and unresolved differences.
