Job summary

Calfus Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Project and Program Manager to drive AI-enabled finance initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver strategic outcomes. You’ll oversee scope, timelines, and resource needs while advancing change management and training efforts.

Six-month contract in Boise, ID with hybrid work options. Strong business and financial acumen, 5+ years PM experience, and knowledge of agentic AI are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 5+ years of project/program management with proven delivery.
• Experience with agentic AI solutions and finance processes.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methods.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and AI-enabled finance programs and projects.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines with sponsors.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and resources.
• Ensure timely delivery and manage risks and issues.
• Provide regular updates to Finance leadership and stakeholders.
• Support change management, training, and user acceptance testing.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational readiness.
• Manage communications and transition to new processes.
• Collaborate with partners to drive business outcomes.
• Maintain governance and program alignment with goals.
