Job summary

Capital One is seeking a forward-thinking Manager to join the Finance Integrated Program & Delivery (FIPD) team. You will lead high-impact AI transformation initiatives across Finance, providing executive visibility and strategic guidance to delivery teams.

The role requires 5+ years in project/program management, Agile experience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Richmond, VA-based with a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
At least 5 years of Project/Program Management experience, including business transformation projects.
Masters/MBA preferred.
Hands-on Agile/Scrum methodologies experience; SAFe certification an advantage.
Experience with AI or GenAI-enabled projects and risk governance.

Responsibilities

Develop concise, decision-oriented updates for senior leaders.
Drive clear, consistent, timely communications across the portfolio.
Identify connections and overlaps across initiatives to maintain enterprise alignment.
Identify risks and dependencies early; develop mitigation plans.
Establish decision capture mechanisms and ensure timely action.
Translate strategic priorities into executable plans with milestones.
Identify AI opportunities and drive adoption from idea to implementation.
Provide portfolio visibility with standardized reporting on adoption and health.
Evaluate processes to introduce AI capabilities improving efficiency.
