Job summary

The Alderwood Water & Wastewater District is seeking a Finance Technician to support customer service, billing, cash handling and accounting across the front counter and phone channels. The Finance Technician will regularly assist customers, perform research on accounts or payments, and manage various billing tasks as part of the Administration, Technology & Finance Department.

• Verify meter readings and respond to service requests related to water leaks and meter issues.
