Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Finance Portfolio Leader to own the strategy, delivery, and run of the Finance technology portfolio anchored by SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. You will partner with CFO and Finance leadership to ensure reliable, integrated platforms and scalable solutions across Pursuit-to-Contract, Contract-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Plan-to-Analyze.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in finance technology or ERP leadership.
• Proven track record leading enterprise SAP S/4HANA implementation and run.
• Experience governing systems integrators and managed service providers.
• Leading distributed teams across US, UK, and India; travel 10–20%.
• Bachelor's degree and professional certifications emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the Finance Technology strategy and roadmap with Finance leadership.
• Lead Finance Technology team in US/UK and India, aligning with firm priorities.
• Partner with Finance Process Owners to manage backlog, business cases, and release plans.
• Own platform cost, licensing, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance across platforms.
