The role requires accounting foundations, project management experience, and the ability to translate complex concepts for executive stakeholders. Strong collaboration across business units is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong background in accounting (GL, audit, or accounting projects).
• Experience managing finance projects bridging business units and technical teams.
• Experience in large, matrixed organizations with multiple subsidiaries or diverse lines.

Responsibilities

• Fit/gap assessment for new sectors joining the shared financial platform.
• Define scope and timelines; present to sector leadership and senior leaders.
• Gather requirements beyond questionnaires to uncover pain points and business needs.
• Own the Epic backlog; translate strategy into actionable backlogs for delivery teams.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for system architects.
