Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in Finance or Technology.
• Experience building applications to automate business processes.
• Experience designing SQL queries, views, and stored procedures (SQL Server, DB2, Teradata, SAP HANA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication of project status and demonstrations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and support applications, reports, and automation using Power BI, Alteryx, or Python.
• Leverage data to inform leadership decisions and drive tactical/strategic actions.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate development while maintaining governance.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications with feature improvements and performance fixes.
• Document solutions and technical designs for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to align with objectives and standards.
• Track project performance and report milestones and outcomes.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
