MongoDB, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Technology to lead a team of Product Managers, NetSuite Engineers, and Engineers.

The role owns the technical direction for the finance tech stack, driving automation, governance, and scalable solutions across Tax, Treasury, Accounting, S2P, and FP&A. You will lead NetSuite engineering, set standards, manage releases, and partner with CFO, Controllership, Tax, and FP&A to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of experience in finance systems, fintech, or enterprise application product/engineering.
• 4+ years leading teams that include Product Managers and Engineers, including NetSuite developers or engineers.
• Deep NetSuite expertise with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk/REST/SOAP, SQL/SuiteQL, and managing implementations, upgrades, and releases at scale.
• Experience delivering technology solutions across multiple finance domains (Tax, Treasury, Accounting, S2P, FP&A).
• Strong knowledge of finance processes (record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, treasury, planning).
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms and related finance applications.
• SOX compliance understanding and IT general controls; leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute a multi-year fintech strategy and roadmap across Tax, Treasury, Accounting, S2P, and FP&A.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Engineers, setting goals and delivery expectations.
• Own NetSuite engineering: design, development, and health of the NetSuite environment as the financial system of record.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions and configure/buy where appropriate.
• Oversee architecture and integration strategy across ERP, CRM, billing, tax, procurement, planning, and data warehouse systems.
• Ensure SOX compliance, data integrity, and audit readiness; manage vendor relationships and licensing.
• Establish governance, change management processes, and incident response with clear SLAs and metrics.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, and Procurement to deliver cohesive, compliant solutions.
