Job summary

Confluent Health seeks a finance-technology partner to own technical direction for financial applications, solve operational problems, and co-own roadmaps across ERP, revenue cycle, and accounting systems.

In this individual contributor role, you’ll translate finance needs into technical requirements, drive automation, and manage vendor relationships while advancing AI-enabled solutions for revenue cycle and accounting workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in financial systems, finance operations technology, revenue cycle management, or related workflows.
• Process mapping, documentation, and process improvement experience.
• Experience bridging business functions with IT ownership of outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with and managing technology vendors.
• Strong communication across business and technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of automation and AI concepts and practical applications in financial workflows.
• Comfort using agentic AI tools to analyze problems and prototype solutions.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the roadmap for financial solutions including ERP, revenue cycle, billing/claims, accounting, and related systems.
• Serve as the primary technology point of contact for Finance leadership and staff.
• Own vendor relationships, including escalations, performance feedback, renewal input, and roadmap alignment.
• Use agentic AI tools to analyze workflows, identify opportunities, and prototype practical solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Drive process improvement across finance workflows with a focus on technology-enabled execution.
• Partner with IT and AI resources on automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Support building, testing, validation, rollout, and continuous improvement for finance tech changes.
• Maintain visibility into system dependencies, data flows, and risks.
• Drive process improvement across finance workflows with a strong understanding of how technology improves execution.
