Confluent Health seeks a finance-technology partner to own technical direction for financial applications, solve operational problems, and co-own roadmaps across ERP, revenue cycle, and accounting systems.
In this individual contributor role, you’ll translate finance needs into technical requirements, drive automation, and manage vendor relationships while advancing AI-enabled solutions for revenue cycle and accounting workflows.
The Finance team at Confluent Health needs a true technology partner - someone who understands financial workflows, owns the technical side of financial applications, and works closely with Finance from within IT to solve operational problems.
This role exists to strengthen technology ownership for our financial systems, including revenue cycle management, accounting, billing/claims, and related workflows. You’ll help co-own roadmap decisions, system configuration, process improvements, and vendor relationships across the finance application landscape.
This is an individual contributor role, not a people-management role. The ideal candidate is a finance-technology bridge: someone who can understand how Finance works, translate needs into technical direction, and help move solutions forward with speed and accountability.
The immediate focus will include supporting AI-enabled and automation-supported solutions for revenue cycle and accounting workflows, while serving as the long-term technology owner for financial applications. This role complements, but is distinct from, the AI Solutions Engineer builder role.

Finance is one of the most important places for technology and workflow to be aligned. This role will help close the gap between Finance and IT, improve how critical financial systems are managed, and accelerate meaningful process improvement across the business.
If you enjoy working at the intersection of finance and technology, this role should be a strong fit.
