Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Solution Manager to own and evolve healthcare technology solutions from concept through delivery. You will shape product strategy, manage roadmaps, and drive solution innovation focused on revenue cycle modernization and AI-enabled workflows.

A mix of client partnering, cross-functional collaboration, and engineering coordination is required to deliver scalable solutions that improve financial performance and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience in healthcare.
• Experience partnering with software engineering teams to deliver technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize solution roadmaps based on market needs and client feedback.
• Translate requirements into product capabilities and priorities for development.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable healthcare solutions.
• Drive initiatives on revenue cycle modernization, automation, and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and intelligent workflows.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to shape future-state strategy.
• Support go-to-market activities and solution adoption.
• Serve as a SME for healthcare operations, revenue cycle workflows, and trends.
• Leverage AI tools to improve decision-making and product outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
