Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Product Manager with deep BlackLine expertise to optimize intercompany, reconciliation, and close processes.

You will manage product requirements, lead agile sprints, and coordinate upgrades while supporting Cadency and presenting platform performance to Finance leadership. Responsibilities include onboarding new business units, defining user stories, and driving adoption across global Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance technology product initiatives and optimizing financial close tooling.
• Proven ability to gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate into detailed user stories.
• Strong knowledge of agile development; able to drive backlogs, prioritization, and UAT facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product expert for BlackLine intercompany, balance sheet reconciliations, and close modules; own configurations and upgrades.
• Coordinate multi-platform releases and provide training and documentation.
• Onboard new business units and ensure go-live readiness across teams.
