Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Process Engineering, or related discipline required.
• 4–6 years experience developing and delivering training for enterprise systems, accounting platforms, ERP modules, or business applications.
• Background in accounting operations, shared services, financial reporting, internal controls, or audit support.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as Workday, Oracle, EnterpriseOne or comparable platforms required.
• Experience in accounting operations, financial close processes, reconciliations, journal entries, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, intercompany, and related finance workflows required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers instructor‑led, virtual, and self‑paced training for accounting systems, SOPs, workflow tools, and related business processes.
• Creates and maintains training materials including user guides, job aids, process maps, quick‑reference documents, presentations, simulations, and short‑form videos.
• Translates accounting policies, system configuration, and operating procedures into clear, task‑based learning content for varied audiences.
• Partners with subject matter experts to document end‑to‑end accounting workflows, system touchpoints, approval paths, and control requirements.
• Supports enhancements, upgrades, and process changes by developing testing and training plans and readiness materials.
