Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Process Engineering, or related discipline.
• 4–6 years delivering training for enterprise systems, ERP modules, and workflow tools.
• Background in accounting operations, shared services, financial reporting, internal controls, or audit support.
• Experience with Workday, Oracle, EnterpriseOne, or comparable platforms.
• Experience with core accounting operations and finance workflows.
• Background in financial reporting and internal controls; process transformation preferred.
• Experience with system rollouts, migrations, or workflow automation preferred.
• Attention to detail, self-starter, time management, and strong organizational skills.
• CPA with Big 4/public company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training.
• Creates and maintains training materials and videos.
• Translates policies, system configuration, and procedures into task-based learning content.
• Documents end-to-end accounting workflows, touchpoints, approvals, and control requirements.
• Develops testing and training plans and readiness materials for enhancements and upgrades.
• Performs training needs assessments and identifies gaps in user knowledge and adoption.
• Facilitates onboarding and refresher training for accounting, finance, and business users.
• Provides post-training coaching and support to reinforce learning.
• Evaluates training effectiveness via assessments and metrics.
• Collaborates with process owners to promote standardized workflows and internal controls.
• Communicates with management to ensure documentation meets business needs.
• Stays current with best practices and regulatory changes.
• Performs other duties and maintains flexibility.
• Adheres to company policies and standards.
