Job summary

You will partner with engineering and business units to deliver planning, prioritization, and automation features that improve the end-to-end experience for finance processes. You will lead cross-functional work, analyze data, and define product roadmaps with measurable KPIs, driving value for customers and internal users.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and delivering software products in a PM role.
• Experience with enterprise planning and prioritization technologies.
• Knowledge of Oracle Financials and related finance modules.
• Ability to connect strategy to execution and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive Finance systems support across major Finance Systems and enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional efforts for enterprise planning and digital transformation.
• Understand customers and business processes via research and prototyping.
• Prioritize needs, define a roadmap, and push digital process automation.
• Develop a product roadmap aligned with long-term enterprise vision.
• Define KPIs and analyze product decisions to improve outcomes.
