Job summary
Intuit is seeking a Staff Business System Analyst for Enterprise Finance to drive finance systems, automation, and digital transformation across the enterprise. You will partner with Finance, business and engineering leaders to improve velocity and align strategy with execution.
The role requires strong product management, Agile, and cross-functional leadership, plus experience with Oracle Financials and related ERP tools. MBA is a plus, with a data-driven, results‑oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- 7+ years designing and delivering software products in a Product Management role.
- Experience in enterprise planning technologies connecting strategy to execution.
- Finance transformation knowledge such as Source to Report & Record to Report desirable.
- Experience with Oracle Financials Applications or similar core Finance modules.
Responsibilities
- Drive finance systems operational support across major Finance Systems.
- Lead cross-functional effort to ideate and build enterprise planning tech.
- Understand customers and business processes via research and prototyping.
- Prioritize needs and define a roadmap for digital process automation.
- Develop a roadmap aligning near‑term objectives with long‑term vision.
- Define metrics to support product decisions and measure performance.
