Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst to anchor our Finance Close Operations, owning end-to-end configuration and controls across Blackline, Oracle R12/EBS, Kyriba, and Qlik. You will drive SOX governance, lead cross-functional initiatives, and push automation and AI-driven improvements within a high-visibility Finance organization.

The role requires 7+ years in finance systems, deep configuration expertise, and a proven ability to partner with Audit, Engineering, and IT to scale

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a business systems, finance systems, or enterprise applications role supporting Finance operations at a large, complex company.
• Deep, hands-on configuration expertise in at least two of Blackline, Oracle R12/EBS, Kyriba, Qlik; breadth across multiple systems preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of SOX ITGC controls for Finance apps, incl. audits, walkthroughs, and control design.
• Experience owning system configuration changes through formal change management in a SOX environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives independently, from requirements through deployment.
• Strong analytical and data skills; ability to work with SQL, Qlik, or other reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end configuration management for Intuit's core Finance systems (Blackline, Oracle R12/EBS, Kyriba, Qlik).
• Maintain SOX ITGCs and application controls; partner with Internal Audit and SOX PMO on walkthroughs and testing.
• Lead user access reviews, role design, and segregation of duties analysis; maintain SOX documentation.
• Collaborate with month-end close to improve SLA infrastructure, latency metrics, and leadership reporting.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled transformations to reduce manual effort and risk.
