Job summary
Intuit is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager for the Finance Tech team in Mountain View. You will guide Enterprise Finance and EPM initiatives, partnering with Engineering and cross-functional units to optimize customer and employee experiences.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in software, systems engineering, or product management.
- Hands-on with Oracle EPM Cloud including ARCS and FCCS.
- Experience with PBCS/EPBCS, EDMCS, TRCS, PCMCS, EPRCS a strong plus.
- Experience designing enterprise planning technologies linking strategy to execution.
- Knowledge of Finance Transformation PM across S2P, R2R.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise planning and prioritization tech.
- Define needs, metrics, and scope with PM and Eng.
- Identify opportunities across people, process, tech to improve velocity.
- Build consensus on roadmap priorities; balance quick wins with architecture.
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans for on-time delivery.
- Provide hands-on PM through design, dev, test, and post-implementation.
- Use data and metrics to inform decisions and direction.
- Communicate with SLT and stakeholders; present roadmaps and options.
