Intuit Inc. seeks a Staff Financial Analyst to join the Desktop Accounting FP&A team in Mountain View. You will lead strategic plans, build complex financial models, and partner with marketing, analytics, and channel teams to drive growth and performance.

You will influence senior stakeholders, deliver accurate reporting, and drive efficiency across processes while mentoring finance team members in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

10+ years in FP&A roles with software, SaaS, or subscription businesses.
Advanced Excel proficiency with financial modeling experience.
Ability to influence senior leaders and partner across functions.
Strong data synthesis and actionable recommendations for executives.
MBA or equivalent work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead 1- and 3-year strategic plans and investment decisions.
Partner with Marketing, Analytics, and channels to track KPIs.
Build/maintain financial models for go-to-market decisions.
Prepare month-end close packages and variance analyses.
Drive process improvements and mentor the Finance team.
