Job summary

CaroMont Health is seeking a Manager, Financial Systems and Provider Analytics to lead financial systems, analytics, and provider compensation initiatives for the Medical Group. You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to deliver timely, accurate financial information that supports decision‑making and performance improvement.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, and at least five years of relevant healthcare finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible financial, analytical, cost accounting, or operational finance experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with provider compensation, productivity reporting, financial systems, and data management preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, communication, financial reporting, and computer skills; ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider bonus processes and compensation modeling.
• Manage cost accounting, labor productivity reporting, and data management.
• Provide training and guidance to staff for effective use of financial systems and reporting tools.
• Deliver timely, accurate financial information to organizational leaders to support decision-making and financial stewardship.
