Job summary

Liberty Energy seeks a Product Manager for Financial Systems to lead the internal financial tech stack, bridge Accounting/Finance with IT, and translate GL, AP, AR, and Revenue requirements into automated solutions.

The role emphasizes ERP project leadership, requirements gathering, and collaboration with IT, Supply Chain, and finance teams to drive automation and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product management experience
• 3+ years in financial systems or ERP-focused roles
• Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, revenue recognition
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud)
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
• Experience with energy industry and/or public companies

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the power business startup team.
• Facilitate discussions with Accounting and Finance stakeholders to identify pain points and map to automation strategies.
• Lead the finance team through ERP transition projects.
• Champion requirements gathering and solution design for desired capabilities.
• Collaborate with technology on solution designs.
• Review automation strategy, update priorities, and socialize progress with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to roadmap products and features.
• Transition teams from manual Excel-based processes to automated ERP-driven solutions.
• Engage with data lake technologies or AI-powered automation in finance.
• Participate in driving user adoption for new internal tools.
• Gather customer insights to identify automation opportunities and drive efficiency.
• Work with diligence team on M&A activity.
