Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling in Boca Raton seeks a hands-on Manager of Financial Systems to own Workday Financial Management and Adaptive Planning. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and Operations to optimize systems that power budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

You'll lead configuration, testing, enhancements, and training, driving data integrity and streamlined workflows as the company grows through acquisitions and expansion in the Southeast.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Workday Financial Management and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience building Adaptive Planning models, dashboards, and reports.
• Strong understanding of accounting, FP&A, budgeting, and close processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own functional administration and configuration of Workday FM and Adaptive Planning.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and financial structures.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and Operations.
• Support acquisitions integration and data governance.
• Lead testing, upgrades, releases, and change management.
• Provide training and support to Finance users.
