Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s SAP Beacon ERP Finance team is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to support R&D finance processes, global financial close, master data management, system security, and interface controls.

In this hybrid/onsite role, you will coordinate quarterly closings, lead SAP organizational changes, maintain dashboards, ensure data integrity across interfaces, and collaborate on system enhancements. Travel may be required to support global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong understanding of finance systems; SAP FI/CO/PS modules preferred; CPA/CMA/MBA advantageous.
