Boston Red Sox seeks a Finance Systems Manager to own the core technology stack for Finance, including Oracle NetSuite and Planful, with adjacent tools like Salesforce, Esker, and Concur. You will translate process needs into scalable solutions and lead end-user training.

Strong NetSuite expertise and data integration skills are essential. The base salary range is $115,000-$135,000 with annual incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and integrations experience.
• Experience with Planful or similar ERP/EPM/CPM planning tools.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteQL, and SQL for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrator for NetSuite and modules; manage configurations and reports.
• Administer Planful and other planning tools to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Support ADP, Esker, Concur, and other finance systems with admin duties.
• Collaborate with IT on user provisioning and role configuration with controls.
• Design roles, saved searches, and permissions aligned to internal controls.
• Own updates, testing, and release management for finance systems.
