Job summary

The Finance Systems Manager at Boston Red Sox will own and administer the Finance dept's core technology stack including Oracle NetSuite, Planful, Salesforce, Esker, and Concur, supporting payroll, treasury, and reporting across Fenway Sports Group.

You will partner with IT and business leaders to translate needs into scalable solutions, train end users, and lead system updates, data integration, and governance to ensure accurate financial data and strong controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience administering NetSuite and integrations, with Administrator and SuiteScript certifications preferred.
• Proven experience with NetSuite and Planful or similar ERP/EPM/CPM planning tools.
• Experience writing SuiteScript/SuiteFlow workflows and querying data via SuiteQL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience building integrations using Workato or similar ETL/iPaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead administrator for Oracle NetSuite and modules; manage configurations, forms, saved searches, scripts, and reporting.
• Administer Planful and other planning/reporting tools to support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Provide admin support for ADP, Esker, Concur, and other finance systems; ensure security and audit compliance.
• Design and maintain NetSuite roles, permissions, and governance aligned to controls.
• Own system updates, patches, and bi-annual releases; test changes before production.
• Train and support all Finance end users across systems.
