Job summary

Simpro Group in Miami is seeking a Finance Systems Accountant who bridges Finance, Accounting, IT and Salesforce. You will own the billing and revenue processes, ensure IFRS 15 / ASC 606 compliance, and oversee Salesforce Billing, Avalara, Asperato, Stripe, and Sage Intacct integrations to keep data in sync.

You’ll support month-end close, define system requirements for new products and pricing, and drive Quote-to-Cash efficiency by automating manual tasks and reducing reconciliation efforts.

Qualifications

• Define billing and revenue integration requirements across multiple systems.
• Support month-end close and revenue schedules.
• Ensure IFRS 15 / ASC 606 compliance in billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to Salesforce IT for accounting configurations.
• Own and manage Avalara integration for US/Canadian taxes.
• Coordinate with finance to automate Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Run consolidation and ensure data sync with Sage Intacct.
