Job summary

SIMPRO in Miami is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst who bridges Finance, IT, and Salesforce. You will own billing and revenue processes, ensuring IFRS 15/ASC 606 compliance and clean data across Salesforce Billing, Avalara, Stripe, and Sage Intacct.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Finance and IT teams to optimize the Quote-to-Cash cycle, support month-end close, and drive automation of manual tasks while maintaining data integrity across the ERP/CRM ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience translating accounting requirements into system configurations across ERP/CRM integrations.
• Knowledge of billing and revenue recognition concepts (IFRS 15/ASC 606).
• Hands-on with Salesforce Billing, Sage Intacct integrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison to the Salesforce IT team for accounting configurations and identify gaps in system logic.
• Partner with the Senior Finance Systems Admin to manage daily operational load and avoid single points of failure.
• Own and manage the Avalara integration within Salesforce for US and Canadian taxes; monitor Stripe and Asperato payment flows.
• Maintain and update logic tables within Salesforce (GL Rules, Treatments, Finance Books) to ensure transaction accuracy with Sage Intacct.
• Own the Salesforce Billing sub-ledger close; run consolidations, validate revenue schedules, and ensure data sync to Sage Intacct.
• Act as the primary US support contact during business hours for billing errors and integration issues.
• Define system requirements for new product launches, pricing changes, or contract updates.
• Drive Quote-to-Cash efficiency by automating manual processes handled by the Financial Analyst team.
