Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Finance Director – Workday ERP Transformation to act as the lead subject matter expert for Workday Financial Management. You will drive design decisions, align business processes, and guide the enterprise through implementation, stabilization, and optimization of Workday across Finance and related teams.

The role requires deep Workday expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to partner with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Data, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, information systems, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive finance, ERP, or enterprise systems experience with leadership of complex implementations.
• Deep Workday Financials expertise including, configuration, reporting, and security.
• Workday Financial Management certifications or equivalent credentials.
• Experience transitioning from legacy ERP systems to Workday with data conversion and integration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead finance architect for transition to Workday Financial Management and define target-state architectures.
• Lead end-to-end solution design across the Workday Financials platform including GL, accounting, revenue, procurement, and reporting.
• Translate finance strategies and policies into scalable Workday configurations and architecture decisions.
• Own finance data conversion strategy including profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Provide architectural oversight for integrations, payroll, tax, procurement, data warehouse, and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop post-implementation operating model and enhancement roadmap for Workday Financials.
