Job summary

Valar Atomics is seeking a Finance Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the technical infrastructure powering our financial operations. You will bridge finance and technology, ensuring reliable, scalable systems aligned with business needs.

You will lead ERP integrations with CRM, HRIS, MES, and data warehouses, develop data pipelines and reporting infrastructure, and help ensure SOX compliance and data security across multi-entity, multi-currency operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong foundation in finance systems.
• Experience designing and implementing ERP architectures and data models.
• Ability to gather requirements, assess solutions, and gain stakeholder buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize core finance systems (ERP, WMS, MES, FP&A).
• Lead system integrations between financial platforms and enterprise tools (CRM, HRIS, MES, data warehouses).
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, workflows, and reporting infrastructure for planning, closing, and consolidation.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues and process bottlenecks.
• Manage upgrades, patches, and change management with minimal disruption.
