Job summary

Valar Atomics in the United States is seeking a NetSuite ERP Administrator/Finance Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the financial infrastructure that powers our growing operations. You will bridge finance and technology, ensuring ERP reliability for close, planning, and audits, and lead cross‑functional integrations with CRM, HRIS, and data warehouses.

You will own data pipelines, reporting, and security, while maintaining internal controls and documentation to support scaling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in finance systems/design or a similar role.
• Hands-on ERP administration experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data models and financial data.
• Experience with APIs, ETL, and system integrations across finance tools.
• Understanding of GL, AP/AR, revenue recognition, and consolidations.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize core finance systems including ERP, WMS, MES, FP&A platforms, and billing systems.
• Lead system integrations between financial platforms and CRM, HRIS, and data warehouses.
• Develop data pipelines, automated workflows, and reporting infrastructure for planning, closing, and consolidation.
• Ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and adherence to internal controls.
• Create technical documentation and evaluate new tools or vendors.
