Fenwick & West seeks a Director of Financial Systems to lead strategy, implementation, and operation of the Firm’s finance systems, primarily Aderant Expert, and to manage data integrations, reporting, security, and vendor relationships.

The role is full-time, exempt, with a Bay Area preference; it may be based in any US office, requiring weekly in-office presence and occasional travel to other offices for collaboration.

Formación

• 15+ years of financial systems experience in a law firm.
• 10+ years of managing and developing technical teams.
• Track record leading system implementations and cross-functional technology initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Financial Systems staff and resources.
• Develop and own the Firm’s financial systems strategy and roadmap.
• Own the Financial Systems budget and vendor relationships.
• Oversee data feeds, APIs, and system integrations with third parties.
• Lead system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and testing.
• Deliver end-user training and documentation for financial systems.
