Job summary

Foster Farms seeks a Financial Systems Manager to govern enterprise master data, ensure data accuracy for financial reporting, and lead system improvements across Finance, IT, and Operations. You will design scalable data structures, oversee controls, and drive automation to support planning and analytics.

The role partners with multiple functions to optimize processes, implement enhancements, and strengthen data integrity while guiding a team of data and systems professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of progressive experience in Financial Systems, Data Governance, Master Data Management, FP&A, Finance Operations, or related business systems roles.
• Experience leading enterprise data governance initiatives and system optimization efforts.
• Experience working within ERP environments supporting manufacturing, consumer products, food production, or other complex operational businesses preferred.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and administration of enterprise master data including products, customers, vendors, materials, bills of material, routings, and hierarchies.
• Establish and maintain data standards, policies, controls, and procedures for data accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate and improve data quality through audits, exception reporting, and corrective actions.
• Design and maintain enterprise reporting hierarchies and support budgeting, planning, and analytics needs.
• Oversee workflows, system access controls, and IT/business collaboration for continuous improvement.
